The Federal Circuit recently affirmed two TTAB decisions: In re GO & Associates, LLC, denying the EVERYBODY VS RACISM mark for failing to function as a trademark, and Trek Bicycle Corp. v. Isaacs, dismissing Trek's opposition to the RANGER TREK mark, citing no likelihood of confusion with Trek's registered marks.
